The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has recently conducted a Comprehensive Program Review of the Whitney Academy, which included on-site visits on May 23 and 24, 2011. These full Program Reviews are conducted every six years, with Mid-cycle Reviews conducted during the third year of the six-year cycle.
As a result of the review, the Whitney Academy has received “Full Approval”. The ‘Report of Findings’ can be viewed on the DESE website or by clicking here.
